REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ChargeHub we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

7-day cooling-off period In line with South African consumer law (the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery and return it for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind cancellations is for your account.

30-day returns We accept returns of unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at 21rssolutions@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping. All ChargeHub products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
