Refund & Return Policy

At ChargeHub we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

7-day cooling-off period: In line with South African consumer law (the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery and return it for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind cancellations is for your account.

30-day returns: We accept returns of unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at 21rssolutions@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping. All ChargeHub products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
