How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in approximately 10–12 working days across South Africa.

How much is delivery?
A flat fee of R75 applies, and delivery is FREE on orders over R850.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure card and online payments are processed through our payment provider at checkout.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have a 7-day cooling-off period and 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge. See our Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?
All ChargeHub products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Do your chargers work with my phone?
Our chargers, cables and power banks support Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, iPhone and other USB/USB-C devices. Each product page lists compatibility.

How do I track my order?
